Who is Breath + Fire for?

If you feel you need to reconnect with who you truly are, I have a program for you. That’s all there is to it. 

The majority of my clients are in a period of transition and have a desire to ground themselves again. I support all journeys, including trauma, recovery from addiction, all forms of grief, body image acceptance, new parenthood, empty nest syndrome, job loss and more. My clients recognize that circumstances aren’t forever, that change is possible. They are ready to challenge their comfort zones, to let go of what they thought their lives would look like. They dare to imagine the life they truly want and go after it. It isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it.
