A chance to pause, move, breathe, and reset your nervous system—so you don’t carry last month’s burnout into the next. Each session helps you clear the noise, reconnect to yourself, and set the tone for the month ahead. Replay are always available, but showing up live makes it real.
✨ Weekly Energy Shifts (10 minutes or less)
Short practices delivered straight to your inbox every Monday morning—designed to help you reset in real time. Breath sequences, movement flows, or reflective prompts you can do between classes or after a long day. Each one comes with a gentle invitation to try something new, shift a pattern, or infuse a small, intentional change into your week.
