The Educator Reset
We don’t need to survive the school year—we deserve to thrive inside it.
A 10-month support circle for vitality, resilience, and connection—created for educators who want to sustain their energy, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect to themselves without adding another “to-do” to their list.
This is Not Another Wellness Program.
This is a space to return to yourself.
To move. To breathe. To feel. To connect.
To remember who you are—outside your role as an educator.
The Educator Reset is a living, breathing container that flows with the seasons of the school year (September–June). It’s designed to support your mind, body, and spirit—through intuitive movement, elemental practices, breathwork, and powerful reflection—all in less than an hour each month.
Tired of feeling like they’re running on empty
Desiring to sustain their passion and thrive in their educational careers
Craving simple tools to reset and recharge
Ready to feel more alive in their bodies and in their work
Longing for real connection, community, and support
Whether you’re in the classroom, leadership, early years, or support—you belong here.
This is for educators who are…..

Pricing Details:
For over 25 years, I’ve worked alongside educators—as a classroom teacher, keynote speaker, movement coach, and advocate for meaningful, embodied teacher well-being. I created The Educator Reset because I’ve seen what happens when teachers finally give themselves space to slow down, connect, and feel supported.
This isn’t a program.
It’s a powerful circle.
And I’d love for you to join us.
Michelle, creator of The Educator Reset
“This felt like the first time I exhaled all month. I moved, I breathed, I released and I feel so supported.” Educator, Grade 7
“There’s something powerful about being in a space where everyone just gets it. No need to explain the exhaustion or the overwhelm—we’re all educators, and that shared understanding created such compassion and safety. I left feeling seen and not so alone.”~. Educator, Secondary School
“I’ve done a lot of PD. This wasn’t that. This was for me—my body, my mind, my spirit. I didn’t even know how much I needed this.” ~ Kindergarten Teacher
“It’s not just a practice—it’s a reminder of who I am.” ~ Beta Participant
