Brave Enough to Breathe: The 8-Week Program

This intimate, experiential, and transformative program is for women looking to make positive change in their lives. Whether you want to zoom into your mental health, relationships, addictions, career or physical health, this  8-Week program is a culmination of what has worked for us - moving us from a place of barely surviving to bravely thriving, grounded in science and research and our own life experience. We will be exploring all of the tools and elements that play an integral role in personal growth, healing and transformation. Grounded in science and research, as well as real life experience, our journey was carefully curated to cause powerful shifts and sustainable change in your life.

You will leave these 8 weeks feeling empowered, ready for action and a renewed self-worth.

This 8 Week Program Experience includes:

  • Weekly “live” 90 minute group sessions

  • Four 1:1 coaching calls

  • Weekly meditation, breathwork, movement, journal prompts, challenges

  • “Live” pop up experiences over zoom

Along our journey together, we will work through the following and enlightening themes and stages:

AWAKENING

Every day as you open your eyes, you have a choice to start anew. You are ready to wake up to all that is possible, starting exactly where you are.

AWARENESS

Cultivating a sense of awareness is necessary become any change is possible. An awareness around your thoughts. An awareness around your feelings. An awareness around who you’re being, how you’re showing up in the world — and whether that’s who you want to be, and how you want to show up.

ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance is hard. And, unless you want to stay stuck, it’s the only way forward. You can stay where you are now, thinking the thoughts you have now, feeling the way you are now, and behaving how you are now - or you can choose to take the first step toward moving on with your life. You don’t have to like what’s happened in your past. And, if you want to move into a brighter future, which you so deserve, you do have to come to terms with it. 

AGREEMENT

I am sure you have signed a contract or two (or hundred!) in your lifetime. Have you ever thought of signing one with yourself? Once you start to get clear on the changes you want to shift in your life, making yourself accountable is the next step. How? Boundaries, relationships that support your decisions and personal outcomes that will unravel if it’s off course. This is all hard work, but so worth it. It’s a handshake with yourself. And it is the best deal you are going to make in your life. 

ALIGNMENT

Whenever you feel a little ‘icky’ in your life, chances are you’re not fully honouring your values, your non-negotiables, who you are at your core. In this phase, we ensure the areas we have identified as deserving our attention, are in alignment with our most authentic selves.  

ACTION

If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got. Once you accept that change is necessary for growth to occur the wheels need to start to turn into motion. Activating the self is the time when we regulate the old systems, thoughts, patterns and behaviours into new ones. New ones that are healthy. That promotes growth. That ultimately leads us to health and happiness. 

ARRIVAL

The thought of arriving at a new version of your  life and the journey to get there may seem daunting. It’s almost like the idea of traveling somewhere new. This stage allows us to look past the fears that trap us in getting to our ultimate destination. On the other side of fear is freedom. A thriving life, waiting for you to arrive and step into. 

APPRECIATION

‘You can’t see the top of the mountain, when you’re already on the mountain.’ Sometimes we forget to take a moment to look back at how far we’ve come. Whoever we are. And while you will never get ‘there’ - you are already here.It’s time to celebrate. And even more powerfully, to appreciate…. To find appreciation in every step of the journey, and to find appreciation in who we’ve become to get here.

Brave Enough to Breathe experiences are a collaboration between Michelle Hillier and Carol Schulte. They have combined their decades of speaking, coaching and facilitating to create experiences to empower women on their own journeys…. 

Michelle and Carol connected immediately (and not only because between the two of them they have three bionic hips!) Moreover, they have each lived through their own powerful healing journeys, and are dedicated to helping other women along theirs. The ‘Brave Enough to Breathe’ Initiative was a natural formation, alchemizing the work each had already created through Michelle’s ‘Breath & Fire,’ and Carol’s ‘The Brave Initiative.
